Our Process

As long as we've been in business at Case, our team has worked to perfect a unique three-step process that helps make your remodeling experience the best that it can be.

Step One: The Initial Consultation

Step One begins with an introductory visit from your designer or consultant to assess your project. This allows you to share ideas and get feedback on the design and feasibility. Your designer or consultant will also present preliminary budgeting information during this phase to help you guide your financial decisions.

Step Two: The Design Phase

In Step Two, your designer will typically explore three options, along with budgeting for each. The production team is also introduced at this point, to ensure that everyone is aligned when it's time to build. Final drawings along with a construction contract are then presented at the end of this phase with work scope, details on selections, and start and completion dates clearly specified. This step may be broken into two sub-steps depending on the size and complexity of the project. Click here to listen to what our clients have to say about the design and budgeting phase.

Step Three: Construction

Before construction begins, a pre-construction walk-through is scheduled to ensure you and our team are fully prepared and any last minute changes are captured. Moving forward, your project manager will schedule regular communication with you to keep you informed of progress and answer any questions that may arise. Regular reviews by your designer are also included, so you can be sure that the project is following the original design. Then, at completion, your project manager will conduct a through walk-through with you to address any final details. Click here to hear what our clients say about the construction process.

Factor in our two-year warranty and the result is a process and a completed project that exceeds your expectations. Listen to how we've met or exceeded our clients expectations.
